Purpose:
To provide and alternative means to incarceration for those offender that the courts have deemed as a minimum risk to society. The program allows for privileges to participate in work release, substance abuse treatment, and other social services programs provided by Corrisoft.

Activation:
Activation must be setup by designated jail staff and Corrisoft during normal business. Monday through Friday during the hours from 9:00 am until 4:00pm, unless prior arrangements have been made by the administrative staff.

Payment Requirements:
The Bourbon County Regional Detention Center requires a credit card for payment for the first 30 days. After the 30 day period then weekly payments can be scheduled through the account department. All fees will be paid directly to The Bourbon County Regional Detention Center. If a participant fails to remain current on payment of fees they risk being terminated from the program.


Fee Structure for Services


One Time $25.00 hookup fee
$3.00 a day monitoring fee
  AIR Component Rental:
  $10.00 per day per AIR Phone provided from Corrisoft inventory.
  $7.50 per day per AIR Phone provided from Corrisoft inventory. (No social services, inclusion/exclusion zones only)
  $8.00 per day per AIR Cuff provided from Corrisoft Inventory. . (No social services, inclusion/exclusion zones only)
  $14.00 per day per AIR Phone and AIR Cuff provided from Corrisoft Inventory.
  $12.00 per day per AIR Phone and AIR Cuff provided from Corrisoft Inventory. . (No social services, inclusion/exclusion zones only)
  A charge of $3/day will be charged if Corrisoft is able to place a participant in a treatment program (detox/cleanup) while the participant is in the program and is in possession of their phone. Agency will be charged $10/day when participant uses their phone while in the treatment program.
  Per day charges are for active devices assigned to participants.

Termination of Participant:
The Bourbon County Regional Detention Center reserves the right to terminate participant from the program at any time with or without cause.

Reinstatement of Participant:
In order for a terminated participant to be reinstated to the program, it must be granted by court order from the judicial authority.
